I was just going to post this up also. I plan on doing it again. And this year we should plan the after race festivities a little better and have a few beers at the Raven or Quay Street Brewery

I may do this again, I have only got about 6k on my running shoes so they should be all broken.(5k being last years race)

Stud wore his running shoes last weekend at the MMBA expo and they still looked like he just took them out of the box...AWESOME!
I hope he pukes on them during the run!

you can register at the YMCA in port huron or visit the site.
$20 if you register before March 1st.
